ℹ️ Important information about conservation

📦 Although our isomalt lollipops can be kept in good condition for up to a year if stored correctly, their shelf life may be shorter depending on the climate and, especially, the level of ambient humidity.

💧 Isomalt is sensitive to humidity. If the lollipop is affected, it may lose some of its shine and transparency and take on a slightly matte appearance.

🔥 Has your lollipop lost its shine? There’s a solution. Take it out of its bag and gently run a kitchen torch over its surface. When it’s almost cool, put it back in the bag and seal it properly.

🗓️ Our recommendation: As our production and shipping times are not very long, we recommend placing your order a maximum of 1 or 2 months before the event date. This way, you can keep your lollipops in the best possible condition until the day of the celebration.
