📦 Although our isomalt lollipops can be kept in perfect condition for up to a year, provided they are stored correctly, their lifespan may be reduced depending on the climate and the level of ambient humidity.
💧 If humidity affects the lollipop, it may lose some of its shine and take on a slightly matte appearance. This is completely normal and has a very simple solution.
🔥 Take the lollipop out of its bag and gently apply a kitchen torch to the entire surface for a few seconds. When it’s almost cool, put it back in the bag and seal it again. It will regain its shiny, transparent appearance.
