IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Although lollipops can be kept in good condition for up to a year if stored properly, their shelf life can be significantly shorter depending on the climate and humidity. If they are affected by humidity, their appearance may lose some of its shine. If this happens, you can fix it using a kitchen torch. Remove the lollipop from its bag, use the kitchen torch to remove the dull part, and when it’s almost cool, place it back in the bag and seal it.
